Rates

High Season (June to September)

$1000.00 per week based on double occupancy. Additional $10.00 charge per person per night for additional guests. Weekly vacation rentals preferred.
Minimum 3 night stay at $155 per night.  

Low Season (October to May)

$125.00 per night based on double occupancy. Minimum 2 night bookings. $725 per week.

Off Season Compassionate Rentals (for those visiting Kelowna General Hospital or Hospice House)

For those seeking a retreat/refuge during a difficult time.  Conveniently located minutes from Kelowna General Hospital and a 2 minute walk from Hospice House.  $100.00 per night, 2 night minumum.


Reservations

Cancellation Policy - 30 days minus 20% cancellation fee.
Booking procedure - 50% due at time of booking - remainder due 1 month prior to arrival.
Damage deposit - $500.00 (credit card number acceptable) not processed unless damage is caused during your stay.
